What If I don't receive my extensions?
We highly recommend selecting the ‘signature on delivery’ option at checkout to ensure that you personally must sign for and receive your parcel.
We do not take responsibility for lost parcels and this must be addressed with the delivery company.
Can I return my extensions if they are the wrong colour?
Yes you can! We have a 7 day, hassle-free, returns policy which states you can return items for a full refund within 7 days provided they are in original packaging.
If you wish to exchange your extensions, there is a 30 day exchange period.
